Welcome...

...to my blog! I am such a blog-a-holic, so it's really hard to believe it took me this long to start my own! This blog is dedicated to my stamping adventures. I've been an Independent Stampin' Up! Demonstrator for almost a year now and I love it! My day job doesn't allow much room for creativity (accounting and creativity do not mix) so I try to squeeze in as much as I can in my spare time! If I'm not stamping, I'm making myself a new handbag, crocheting an afghan, or working on a new cross stitch project.

Today I'd like to share some cards that I made this week. The first uses one of my favorite sets (Favorite Thoughts) from the Summer Mini! I apologize for the poor photo quality. My digital camera isn't working, so these pictures are from my cell phone. It's hard to make out, but it says "There is nothing wrong with the world that a sensible woman could not settle in an afternoon. - Jane Giradoux" - LOVE IT!

The next is inspired by a card front I received in the mail from one of my uplines. I thought this layout was such a great way to showcase the gorgeous Greenhouse Gala designer series paper!

This last card totally reminds my of those little candy dots on the long strips of paper. I used to love those! I used the little scallop circles from the Itty Bitty Punch Pack and the "congratulations" is from the Level 2 Hostess Set - Occasional Quotes.
